Body Massage
Body massage can be applied to any region of the body specifically or generally in a routine depending on your clients need. It forms the basis for many complementary therapies and is a good starting point when you are considering expanding your learning towards complementary therapies.
Body massage combines the knowledge of anatomy and physiology with the use of Swedish, Shiatsu and Acupressure techniques for relaxation, muscle fatigue, lymphatic drainage, posture improvement and stress relief.
By manipulating the soft tissues of the body, toxins and waste products are released and cleared through the bodies excretory system. Joint manipulation lubricates and eases stiffness for better circulation and movement.
