NVQ 3 Customer Services
This is the target qualification for anyone wanting to be a truly proficient professional in his or her chosen field. It expands the basic knowledge and skills of Level 2 and is aimed at those wishing to enter the top level of their profession, or go on to become managers or owners.
Your programme will consist of the following:

*Rules involved when developing customer service
To complete this programme you will also undertake 6 optional units (at least one from each theme) from the following:
Theme 1 - Impression & Image
*Make customer service personal
*Deal with customers in writing or using ICT
*Use customer service as a competitive tool
*Organise and promote products or services to customers
Theme 2 - Delivery
*Deliver customer service on your customers premises
*Recognise diversity when delivering customer service
*Deliver customer service using service partnerships
*Organise, deliver and maintain reliable customer service
*Improve the customer relationship
Theme 3 - Handling Problems
*Monitor and solve customer service problems
*Apply risk assessment to customer service
*Process customer service complaints
Theme 4 - Development & Improvement
*Work with others to improve customer service
*Promote continuous improvement
*Develop your own and others customer service skills
*Lead a team and individuals to improve customer service
*Gather, analyse and interpret customer feedback
