Level 3 Diploma in Theatrical & Media Make-up
For all those who wish to pursue a career as a make-up artist in the world of media, this course is designed specifically to ensure you have the necessary skills. In doing this course, you will become proficient in the application of specialised make-up and artificail hair for the theatrical and media industry, including film sets, live shows, magazine spreads and special occasion portraits in a photographic studio.

This qualification will be run in our vibrant hair salons and make-up studio, where you will be immersed in the colourful world of make-up.
Your programme will consist of the following:
*Apply hairdressing techniques for media make up
*Provide wigs and postiche for media make up
*Prepare for and provide character make up
*Provide and remove special effects and media make up
*Support employment standards
*Support health, safety and security in the workplace
To complete your programme, you will also undertake 1 optional unit from the following:
*Implement good working relationships with colleagues, artistes, subjects and production teams
*Provide airbrushing make-up
